If excess proceeds appear possible, I conduct detailed research using public records and official sources to: • Confirm whether surplus funds were generated • Identify the correct authority holding the funds • Review eligibility requirements under applicable state law

Eligibility varies by state and by individual circumstances.

Step 3: Claim Preparation Assistance

If you choose to proceed, I assist with: • Gathering required documentation • Preparing claim forms and supporting materials • Ensuring submissions meet stated procedural requirements

All services are limited to research and claim preparation assistance.

Step 4: Submission to the Appropriate Authority

Completed claim materials are submitted to the appropriate government entity or authority holding the funds. Processing timelines are determined solely by that authority and vary by jurisdiction.

Step 5: Compensation (Contingency-Based)

There are no upfront fees. Compensation is earned only if funds are successfully recovered, and any fees are subject to state-specific laws and limitations.
